Hi! I just got back from a very long GW2 break but I wanna go and have some fun and bring havoc into the eternal battlegrounds. If there are any wvw oriented guild out there that is base in Darkhaven I would like to join. Thank you!

THE AVANT GARDE [TAG]

We are recruiting players who are interested on doing organized wvw raid group. We do raid groups daily and we wreck people daily as well!

Requirements:
-Must have a level 80 toon (Doesn’t matter what class)
-Willing to learn and do guild builds
-Teamspeak is required
-Guild raids are daily so we highly suggest that you always join us (But real life always comes first but we prefer daily players)
-We run 2am server time daily and run till 4am server time (2 hours)
*(We run 1 hour early on reset day and ends 1 hour late)
-Repping during guild raid is required (After that you are free to rep whatever guild you want)

We do help people for their equipment. Doesn’t really matter if you’re a noob, we are willing to teach everyone!

The difficulty on not having any commanders, guild running is a very difficult task for everyone in Darkhaven that enjoys World vs World. The feeling of getting stomped again and again by the same enemy yet backing off is not in our vocabulary. The difficulty of losing people for our server yet we still continues on, fighting.

The people of Darkhaven have made many friends, enemies and recognition throughout the whole bronze server tier and we are stepping up, we are rising!

Started from the bottom now we’re here! We may not be the most crowded server in NA. We may lose on fights yet we STILL GO ON!

Hello if you are here you are probably from DR and can help me transfer server. I am from Darkhaven. I am an unknown person, no reputation or whatsoever. I am a pug commander in DH whenever I get the chance and I am doing pretty good base on other’s opinion.

Why do I come up with this decision?

I have a guild that helps me to become better. A leader and a follower. They help me from understanding wvw and pvp and I love them but recently our guild is falling apart and even the server is losing its people and I just can’t help but ask myself if I should stay here or not. I love the server and at the same time I want to step up and it seems that my home server can’t offer me that anymore that’s why I’m looking for a transfer which I cannot avail for now that is why I am asking the server that I chose which is Devona’s Rest that I think will give me the chance to step up as a commander and as a member of a guild.

I don’t always run at NA prime due to my school but I can always run at OCE/SEA. Thank you for taking some time reading my post and I hope I can find a new home guild.

Go for Darkhaven. Beaten NSP twice and now being beaten by two Bronze tier servers. Just saying.

I’m just wondering if this kind of consumable in the Gem Store will actually be available (even for a limited time) since its not that kind of a big deal changing your race (Or is it?)

Title says it all, looking for a very active guild in Darkhaven that has an everyday routine in WVW

1. What is the best weapon set for leveling up a necromancer?
2. What is the best trait combination for leveling up a necromancer?
3. What are the types available in a necromancer (Like a support type or puts tons of conditions etc.)

On the other side of the coin (heh), the best advice I can offer is to watch your spending. I’ve seen people blow through their savings in just 5 minutes by buying lots of dyes, minis, runes or shiny new weapons. (Although by all means, if buying stuff like that makes you happy, go right ahead. Hoarding money will only make you happy if you’re like Scrooge McDuck. ) Even things like waypointing around all adds up after a while. If you only spend when you absolutely have to, you’ll soon see your bank balance start to increase.

OMG! This one T.T I have to admit my friends give me some couple of golds to help me out since I’m just new to the game and what I did? I buy weapons and armor every time I level up LOL then I realize …. I shouldn’t do it T.T If I just save up those money I think I have more or less 10 gold by now

Dungeons – very high coin drops from bosses.
Fractals. Crapload of masterworks and a couple of rares.
World Bosses. There’s a few timers out there that tell you where and when they spawn, each fight will offer you one rare per fight per day. So if you do every world boss, that’s quite a few…

Solo Content

World exploration gives you some coins per heart, more coins per map completed, and some equipment. The Orr maps for instance give you guaranteed Exotic Lvl 80 equipment when completed. I got a Berserker mantle ‘of Divinity’ off one of the map completion bonuses – which is worth basically 9 gold by itself.

Jump quests, once per day, give you guaranteed masterworks and occasionally rares at a higher rate than normal farming. However, it’s not going to be very spammable due to the day limit, and waypoint costs may make profits somewhat lower than you might have expected.

Running around with a steel hatchet and chopping the heck out of trees that drop seasoned wood logs is also good for 80 copper ish per log – or usually about 2.5 silver a tree (some can be chopped 4 times). Multiply this by the number of trees there are, you’ll get easily 1 gold in one map’s worth of trees. These have a spawn timer though so it’s worthwhile unlocking all the maps in which these trees are contained.

Running around Orr with an Orichalcum set of gathering equipment helps, too. There are Orichalcum nodes, Orrian Sapling nodes and a couple of rarer herb-type materials that you can sell for higher than the usual gathering materials.

Other

Trading post stuff. Buy low, sell high. This is actually probably the fastest, but it’s hard to find a good item to do this to that other people’s market monitoring automated tools haven’t already found.

However, honestly, you won’t even need that much gold unless you want a Legendary weapon. Otherwise, in most cases you can reach full power with all the runes you want at, maximum, 150 gold (full exotic berserker armour [20g] + 6 runes of divinity [60g] + 6 exotic weapons [15g] + runes for those [30g] + full exotic berserker trinkets [25g]) – and this build may not even be suitable for many players. Generally 80-100 gold is enough. And you should be able to generate 5 gold a day if you try.

May I ask what is Fractals? And what particular boss event should I go? I’m trying to do world completion right now but it’s kinda boring so I’ll go for Citadel of Flame to try and see how it works. Running around in orr is kinda ……….. Dangerous for me lol it’s so hard to dodge and even harder to fight multiples of risen at a time. T.T
