They should have made SM solo instances tied to the personal story rather than crafted “intro” dungeons to that are sometimes longer/harder than some explorable paths itself.
This is a really great idea.
Make “Story Mode” solo-able, but also twiddle it so that it teaches the mechanics that will be seen in “Explorable Mode.”
You can even give the NPCs dialogue that explains what the bosses are doing and how to best counter it, since they are there anyways!

+1 across the board – except maybe as far as the order goes =)
Whenever I log into Guild Wars 2 I get a little screen saying “Your email address has not been validated.” and it asks me to either update my email address, send an email, or “cancel.”
When I tell it to send me an email I receive it and it has a link it wants me to follow, but trying to do so comes back with “bad request.”
I can still play fine, but it has gotten somewhat annoying.
+1 to this idea. +2, if I can do that sort of thing.
Also, it wouldn’t be a completely terrible idea to offer new skins in the Gem Store. You made this game secure in the knowledge that people would pay to look pretty, then you haven’t given us nearly enough opportunities to pay to look pretty!
