Thanks for your input, it was very helpful. It probably was a bug. I tried it again and as soon as I dropped the wraith mask into the box, the upgrade slot disappeared.

For anyone else that runs across this problem, what I had to do was first transmute the wraith mask onto a basic Acolyte Cowl (level 20 something), and then transmute that onto my level 80 mask. Doing so kept the upgrade slot (and the crest that was in it), as well as the wraith mask’s appearance.

I haven’t found a mask that I like better than the Wraith Masque from character creation, but it doesn’t have an upgrade slot. So when I went to transmute it to my level 80 mask with a crest, the crest disappeared and it looked like I wouldn’t be able to reapply it because the Wraith Masque has no upgrade slot. I am using the level 80 transmute stones. Am I missing something?

Does anyone know of a way to transmute it’s appearance to a mask without giving up an upgrade slot?

Banned for 4 days now (since Sunday), wrongful account termination issue.

Hi, I can no longer log in to the game. Error code is 45:6:3:2114 with the description that my account is now terminated due to unsavory behavior. I don’t do anything that was described, no mods or anything, so I don’t know why this happened. Can someone please look into this? Thanks in advance, Chance.8193
