Hi,

I’m in contact with support (ticket 1931319:Missing fractal skin in collection) and they told me to also post my problem on the forums and do an ingame bug report.

I have aquired the Fractal Longbow and Fractal Greatsword way before HoT and the introduction of the new achievement “Fractal Master”. Some other skins I’ve also aquired – these are unlocked in contrary to Fractal Longbow and Fractal Greatsword.
Applying the two missing skins to a weapon didn’t solved the problem and adding them new via support to my account also didn’t worked out.

I don’t want to try and buy them via pristine fractal relicts… I have them anyway in my bank and therefore I think this is a bug.

Please feel free to ask for further information.

Okay, the same problem comes now too, if you switch the profiles by hand. I even checked if i have any macros in the profile… i haven’t.

I have a really annoying problem with my G700.
For all of you who don’t know it, the G700 can handle up to 3 different profiles for your key-settings. You can switch between them on the fly.

You can switch them by hand (with a key on the mouse) or with a setting detecting which application is running. But with this application detection comes the problem.
I made up a configuration for GW2, one for LoL and one for any other programm.
In any other application there is no problem with the detection but GW2 is a problem.

After launching GW2 and entering the game i can’t make any moves with my keyboard. This might be some sort of anti-cheat-detection by ANet.
Maybe this anti-cheat-detection searchs for macros or so, but i don’t use any.

Do you have any clue how I can avoid this problem or undo it or isn’t there any possibility?

I have the same problem with my Sylvari… the only answer from Support I got was they work on the problem. Not more not less.
Edited my support ticket.. maybe I’ll get a refund too. Hope so, maybe it will work with the Glowcolor tab open as some said….

There is a bug where the sylvari glow does not show in the makeover screen, but after the makeover is done your character will have the glow settings you’ve selected. I’m not sure whether this has been acknowledged by a rep. I have seen other players discuss it in a thread somewhere on these forums.

I used the kit also but don’t have any glow… I could change the glow color etc in the makeover screen but afterwards it was gone… wrote an Supportticket to the Devs. Hope they can help us with this problem.

Yeah, it is bugged. Indeed.
Several ppl have this problem since they used this kid, i have this problem too.
Wrote an Supportticket to Devs because this is an annoying problem… Hoped they would chance this with the 28th patch. Sadly they didn’t.
