I am not sure what you are asking, did you use a fake name for registering? Your real name is your real name, I really can’t see a situation where someone could forget their own name?

So, what happens if you end up forgetting the full (real) name you’ve put in the account registration form? Is there any way to redeem this information? Or are you forever stuck not being able to fill any support forms?
