Unscathed Contenders is a small newly created guild aiming at having the best of times in the PvE instanced content of the game: Dungeons & Fractals. We will also probably get into raids if and once our roster allows us to, but it’s not our main focus at the moment. If you’re bored of carrying pugs and are looking for decent players to run Fractals and do Dungeon tours with, look no further! We don’t play according to a fixed schedule, but that doesn’t mean we don’t like to be efficient.

What we expect from you
We consider ourselves “Semi Hardcore” and won’t ask you to keep slaying sigils in your inventory or pre cast 17 skills before every boss. However, there are a few requirement you have to meet in order to join:

• Have proper gear and builds for your characters. Running your own full signet tanky builds is not gonna cut it with us.
• Be comfortable with swapping weapons, traits & utilities during skips.
• Use food & consumables (not always the most expensive, but slaying potions are a minimum; what’s that magic find good for anyway?)!
• Be open minded, friendly & always strive to improve.
• Be willing to communicate (be it on chat or teamspeak).
• Have 5k AP. Everyone knows you need 5k AP to be gud :^) Having 0 sense of humor is a deal breaker.

What you can expect from us

• Drama free & friendly atmosphere
• Great knowledge of encounters & mechanics
• Decent players knowing and using their professions to their full potential

Application
There is no formal trial. You won’t be asked to solo Vahid or Mai Trin on scale 100. However, we will see how you play and interact with the other members during a trial period of one or two weeks, after which you will (or won’t) be given full membership.

I ran a lot of dungeons, CoF and SE in particular, as you can find Molten and Destroyer lodestones there. For every run you can loot some if you’re lucky enough and cores tend to drop more often.
At the end of every run you get 1.26G, use it to buy Elonian wine. You get tokens too, convert them into dungeon armor to salvage for ectos, which you can sell or salvage for Crystalline dust. You should also have plenty of cores to transmute, buy some off the TP if needed. However this only works if you have a lot of Skill Points…
Good luck on your Volcanus, it’s not that hard and it’s really worth it (still better looking than most legendaries).

8/10 Nice colour scheme and great armor combination. A bit shiny though.

Here’s mine (still looking for greater Boots and Helm to match the theme). I went for the Legionnaire colours and tried to avoid the spiky hedgehog style.

I like my warrior the most, therefore those are only level 40-50, as I don’t play them a lot. Charr warrior = beast mode !

Oh yes I forgot to mention he’s from the Claw warband (along with all my other charr characters).
I’m really happy you thought it a simple name, because it is exactly what I intended, I didn’t wanted something too ‘’heroic" or sounding “too much”. That’s why I haven’t any background associated to me. I’m a simple charr, coming from a simple warband, but most of all: my name isn’t memorable, my achievements are. ;-)

7/10 for both. Last names really fitting but I think first names a bit awkward for Charr characters.
