So I have a full ascended zerker set on my engi, but it’s way to squishy and I’m looking into other options. So far I want to get a celestial set for all around versatility, but I wanted to check if there were other, better options. I would be using it for general PvE, maybe a bit of dungeons/fractals.

The problem with both achievements is that I have no idea -where- to look for prisons/whirlpools. Especially prisons. Since my main is engineer, all I do is bomb/grenade bosses. Where should I hit, the hands, the place where most people gather and stand?

As for Tequatl, after we hit 75% and Tequatl flies off, the whirlpool should stay on the ground? I’ll try that on the next run, thanks.

Specifically, Shattered and I found it!

Considering shattered, I’ve done Shatterer so many times and I have yet to see a single prison, let alone destroy it. Are there any specific locations where I can expect it, any times when to do this achievement so it’s easier, anything?

Considering I found it!, I’m just lost. I do Tequatl daily and I actively search the water for a twister or anything on the floor and never find anything. Today I’ve actually seen a few people get back from Watery Grave since they just appeared on top of small geysers in the water. Basically, what to expect, am I looking for big red circle, full red circle, nothing, just few hands coming up from ground? I’ve been looking for all of that for a while to no avail. I’ve heard this is a tough achievement to get at the moment since every Tequatl run is either 3-4 commander run that kills Tequatl too fast for whirlpools to appear or insta fail run because there are no commanders and people give up.

So, any advice, screenshots, ANYTHING, on those two bossed would be a great help, especially since those are my last 2 achievements concerning bosses.

Didn’t fix the problem.

Basically, when I press Z or click on the button to open lfg window nothing happens. I see the icon change slightly to indicate I pressed the button, but it never opens. Every other window opens normally but this one.

This has been happening since yesterday. I’ve restarted client several times as well as PC.

I know this must’ve been talked over a lot and I’ve read quite a bit of forums looking for an answer. As of right now, is it better to get Celestial ascended gear or Berserker. I currently have just about enough mats for one armour set and one weapon so it’s high time I decided.

I’d like to use my engi everywhere and since he’s my main character, I’d like to be able to do dungeons decently. I’ve read celestial is the better “all around” set, but berserker excels at dungeons. As of right now, I’m using exotic EDIT berserker, not ascended set. Any advices?

My friend and I are both ready to go Claw Island missing. Can we do it together so it counts for both of us. She joined the Priory and I’m in the Vigil.

Being red for weeks in row now, I’m actually TRYING to enjoy WvW but it’s nigh impossible. Especially if I dare to try and get map completion on green borderlands. And I think I’ve had enough. This is really truly putting me off game. I don’t want to change servers, I don’t want to pay money for a better server. This is so frustrating. Having explored the entirety of the world I’m stuck on 99% completion because I can’t take 2 keeps and a tower in green borderlands. And it seems I’ll never be able to because my server is -the- worst EVER in rankings.

I really love this game but snatching the reward just under my nose like this… makes this the last time I turn it on. Aaand, I REALLY like WvW. You know, when there’s more than 2 people from my server on the entire map. (Oh, and btw, I never knew I’d need WvW for map completion until I had over 90%).

I know this has probably been answered but I couldn’t find anything newer than… 2 years ago and virtually no useful information. Is this achievement bugged? Following screenshots are mine.
