Thats the premise for this, thought that this is quite a neat solution as it has a vendor in world, stats already decided and gives more than a lvl 24 white or the guild back slots as the choices :P

Premise: Save money on travel to dungeon + provide a useful item slot for back
Idea: Back item that has same stats as the dungeon gear (appropriate for slot) and has a teleport to dungeon rclick effect. CD ect but I think this idea is cool
We got this topic sticked because the feedback is mirroring the nerco forums who set the best example for bug report:
skill + strait description
What is not happening/supposed to happen/happens
How this can be replicated (areas/combat/races)
Our opinions on what is causing the problems are almost always not helpful to the topic. Lets keep the topic focused, report any new bugs or try to recreate a reported bug. Confirms bugs existence and you get to try a new build
It’s quite disheartening to see not a single one of these bugs was fixed in the latest update.
Hey Major, I found this thread when It had less than 300 views, so far I have been taking notes and replecating bugs that are described, though not posting about it… forever lurk
Anyway on to the quote, I would say we have had a reply where they stated that these take 1-5 days to find and about a week to test. We have not reached this time period.
Also stated that Anet are going to fixed progressionblocking/exploiting bugs first. Either way the vocal minority do come in with non fact based findings but don’t let it get you down!
Every time I go in the water now I’m like "Ok, get you’re game face on guys its under water time…. OH HAI WHIRLPOOL, my friends who dislike underwater love the “rallypool”
Grant you need to be in combat for some of these things to work. I tested this trait and yeah found this to make it limiting
Glyph of Elementals is not affected by the 20% cooldown reduction but the Glyph of lesser Elemental is.
Just tested, elite glyph goes down to 96 seconds, so this is fixed
EDIT: Testing with elementals continued
Glyph of Lesser Elementals seems to be fixed in that it states the skill is locked for 60 seconds on use and then has a 36 (traited) cool down with Quick Glyphs
Glyph of Elementals is experiencing very weird behavior. Currently he skill becomes locked as normal but has a 120 second cool down and not a 60 second cooldown (or summon duration). At 60 seconds the elemental will fade and the cooldown will change to 120 seconds. When changed to Quick Glpyhs the locked duration changes to 96 seconds but still at 36 seconds elemental fades and goes to 120 seconds

MajorMelchett love this thread looks almost as readable as the necro one that Anet commented on that they liked so keep at it! Here are mine while playing with my fav pve build atm

Currently I have noticed that Signet of Restoration and Arcane Shield do not proc the endurance regeneration. Discovered in multiple pve situations and tested immediately before posting this in the mists, whilst being in combat
