The ideal system would be a fixed upgrade path as now (no trolling), with zero cost to the player as now, with X number of dolyaks required but triggered by player interaction at each location.
Currently the upgrades have remained passive and don’t encourage active participation in defence and that gives players less reason to stay on the map.

But some kind of ‘upgrade points’ instead of ‘dolyaks count’, or buildings will have upgrade time based on range from camp.

1) reaper chill nerf
2) condi transfer nerf. Time limit on transferred conditions for example
3) less cc for druid & Bristleback/Smokescale nerf
4) rev resistance nerf (currently you can keep almost perma resistance, or perma if you have ally) & some condi protection outside Mallyx
5) rev sword #3 less dmg & single target & faster. For rev – more predicted dmg(single target), for enemy – one dodge negate more damage.
6) pleeeeeease no more ‘pvp seasons’ and ‘pvp tournaments’ with out balance patch…

Screen 1 – spawn at wrong team camp in spvp.

Screen 2 – stronghold supply bug:
1) take supply
2) switch team
3) you can’t spend supply and can’t take more supply

I don’t like new upgrade mechanic.

Auto-upgrade + upgrade without need for supply = solo players have much less impact on gameplay. Dolly killers, dolly walkers, people who keep eye on buildings upgrades when population is low (in the morning for example) – all this work mostly replaced by timer.
For me auto-upgrade change perspective, from “if I start upgrade\defend camp\walk dolly, it may change something” to “it will happen anyway sometime.. let’s play PvP”.

Also I really dislike WP changes, what point of defending t3 now? What really you lost? Walls, some supply, few 25 score ticks. Before HoT garri was important to defend because of wp, now some commanders don’t even try to defend it prefer flip it for reward.

WvW lord take damage from lava. Our lord die without any enemy around.

I don’t like new auto-upgrade system without need for supply.
I mega x10 dislike waypoint without t3 upgrade, make defense much less valuable then offence.

‘Toggle Action Camera’ change ‘Vertical Position Far’ and doesn’t revert to my settings after camera disabled.

Can’t use ‘Sneak Gyro Self-Destruct’ after rally.
Medic Gyro doesn’t count as heal skill (Heal Resonator, Cleansing Synergy traits doesn’t work).
Guardian ‘Deflecting Shot’ seems cannot be reflected. Also blind seems unblocable.

Functional Gyro
1) sometime apper in the ground (you see only gyro name)
2)sometimes fail to finish player
3)if target move (downed mesmer\thief), gyro dosen’t follow it

General
More healing scale. Less basic healing numbers.
More ‘astral force’ from damage. Maybe add ‘astral force’ gain on condition apply.
Bug – Celestial Avatar proc weapon switch traits\sigils.

Staff
1 – I’d rather have more damage or some bonus damage\condition on last tick, instead of healing.
2 – Ground targeting + damage/healing in area. AoE damage will have synergy with staff 4 immobilize. AoE heal can be used for non-combat source of ‘astral force’.
3 – Choice direction instead of position, activate again to stop + do blast finisher.
4 – ?ondition cleanse has very small use, spell has cast time + travel time. Maybe make it more offensive, replace cleanse with poison\cripple\bleed.
5 – Water field is good, but druid already has it. Maybe make it like Mesmer ‘Veil’, walk through it to gain regeneration\remove condition.

Celestial Avatar
1 – Add some damage. Maybe add circle on ground with special animation before ray come down (help allies to see it).
2 – Longer cd + poison on bloom/blast finisher.
3 – Too long daze (with ‘Moment of Clarity’ trait – 6 sec daze on 5 sec cd). Too effective vs stunnable targets, useless vs cc immune targets. Maybe 1 sec daze + blind + some damage.
4 – Condition cleanse instead of base healing.
5 – Maybe add torment.

Traits

Tier 1
Druidic Clarity – maybe add stability

Tier 2
Celestial Shadow – with weapon switch bug Sigil of Hydromancy\Sigil of Geomancy can break stealth
Natural Stride – make it 25% speed. 33% ofc is better, but others have 25, why druid should have more

Tier 3
Ancient Seeds – sometimes too strong, maybe less vine duration. Like other vine ability, its too strong vs some classes\spec and weak vs others.
1) Make vine vulnerable to conditions.
2) Make vine destruction remove immobilize.
3) Offtopic – I think warriors deal with immobilize too easily. Condition immune stance, 33% movement-impeding conditions reduction trait and ‘Movement skills break immobilization when used’ trait.
At least add small CD to ’Warrior’s Sprint’ and buff icon so enemies can see when it’s ready.

Minor
Natural Mender – maybe change to simple ‘Increase outgoing healing by xx’

Today while the people on commander trying to defend keep from enemy zerg, ~ 20 people captured the ruins for achievement. As I understand it – in the first week are the most difficult fights, and these ‘pve’ farmers do real impact on wvw server rating.

Rifled Turret Barrels trait – Reduces(lol) damage from rocket turret (from 1428 to 912)
Rifle\rocket – wrong damage on tooltip
