It’s an AoE rapid fire weapon that deals condition damage.
It’s not the actual hit that is painful is the stack of 7 bleeds that is.If you really want to be a monster underwater, grab some cheap condition + gear and speargun then go for a swim.

I have the crafted berserker exotic lvl 80 harpoon gun and I am only critting for 200 when i am using it underwater. is it suppose to be this weak?
