same for me. 3 times. my friend, 5 times. its hard enough to get to the very top but to fall each time cause of a bug.

800 gems, character slot, didnt got it, bought it on the 29th or something, but it was about a week aggo.

120831-019003 and i got 800 via in game money, and as i used them to purchase another character slot, gems are gone and no new character slot…
