ahh, thanks for telling me. im curious if i should get gold for legendaries or just stick to cs items like living world and lion keys

its always good having more people yes. im new aswell, or newly made acc. i wanted the game since it came out, couldnt afford it, and had to prioritize other stuff before.
i finally get the game and this happens.
im not implying the firm is doing bad or anything… im just saying there are other ways around to deal with credit fraud.

im not wasting my gems for skins, i might concider doing bank cap… rather than that i stick to gold, which was good a few days ago.
4k gems was approx. 1200 gold a few days ago, today its about 800.

well, it says i should have my 4k gems… so ill stick to that. i also added HoT and PoF to the same bundle, so i do have HoT aswell.

there is no business days when the system works out your gems after it has checked up with bank and possibly waited 72h.
system is always online, or else we wouldnt be able to play.
im on my 5th day today…
kinda sucks that gold rates were big the day after i bought both expansions, and now they are low asf….

Hello, ive already put up a support ticket for this, but i havent gotten an answer in over 24 hours.
at first my account took 2-3 days to upgrade from free to HoT and PoF, i bought the standard HoT and the ultimate PoF and im still waiting for my 4k gems.
its now been 5 days since i registered my account and paid at the same time.
as i noticed on the website you clearly say this:

Q: When will I get the gems that are part of my purchase of the Ultimate Edition of Path of Fire?

Gem delivery may take up the 72 hours after purchase.

it clearly says 5 days since i created the account, 3 days since the GM told me that it was all done… yet im still waiting.
this payment system is all wrong.
when you pay for something, you expect to get what you pay for… not having to wait days or weeks to get it.
i dont care if it got to do with cred. card fraud, you dont need 3 days to fix a simple problem as closing your cred card to internet buy or even perm close it…

first we tought it was stupid enough waiting 2 days for the expansions to kick in, but 3 more days and my friend still asks me if i got my gems yet… i tought a couple of days that i would buy some more gems, but once i noticed that my gems didnt even come in i really gave up that tought.

im hoping you can finally fix this as its getting really frustrating, and im more and more afraid that im never getting those gems… therefore wasting my cash on that bundle.
