A possible fix for people having trouble getting through “following the aspect masters”, for me the game pushed me in the wrong direction. Check out the description: meet at camp resolve. The strange thing was that the green direction stuff led me to the black citadel. I couldnt get to the point there. Then I checked out the story page and it said I had met logan&co at camp resolve. Thing was I never went to camp resolve while playing that mission. When I went to the silver wastes the green stuff actually showed me the proper way!
It is an issue that needs to be fixed but for those of you who are stuck, check if you have done all the steppes that are described in the story. If you’re not sure just start at the beginning and search around yourself, it might work.
Cheers.
Yeah how about the kit design like engi, and then >maybe< make it attunement based? I jurst really think that making it react with the attunements. Here’s an idea (dont b*tch please just tell me what you think :P): Make it an elite skill, give it a 20 seconds cool down, and have it spawn the weapon corresponding with your attunement. No charges or whatsoever just keep it until you switch attunements. Now here is why I think this should work and would be alot of fun: This way you can quickly have the weapon, it will not be overpowered (I think) since the cd’s on the weapons would not have to be lowered, and whenever you want to attack with your normal skills again you can either drop it or switch attunement and go on fighting like you’re used to: then the cd kicks in and you can do this combo later again.
Example of what might happen. Imagine you’re using a s/d build. You herrass your opponent a bit, the you chage to them with dagger 4, knockdown with 5, tke a lightning hammer jump back on them throw some damage at him with it and swith back to earth for the knockdown and from there keep going like we do now.
Other example: still herrass a bit but kitten is going wrong or you want to get your distance a bit (how I dont know, theres alot you can do from dodging to using LF or whatever) quickly go water take an icebow dumb some kitten and throw it away again.
This is what I think would be cool. Here you have the effect vash was talking about: quickly take a weapon, dumb everything you can quickly and then throw it away. This way you can just expand our capabilities, and I do think that for instance earth shield will actually be usable. You always have it with you and if you are getting overrun you can quickly use the #5 skill, or switch to fire and quickly get away with the leap of the axe.
opinions! let them flow!
They introduced the ele first with the weapons as the core mechanic if I read it correctly, and I think reducing the cd on it and making it one spell can actually make that sort of possible. Maybe just make it an elite skill with low cd? I dont see it happening but im just thinking about all the things there could be done to improve it since it feels a bit unfinished now.. And yet the conj weapons idea in general has so much potential!
Hmm Thats something I havent thought about yet, but still I think there can be alot of positive things about it like I explained. I do agree that here you show me a significant problam it could cause but thats basicly cause you are only used to the frost bow as it is too. Its one way of using it so to speak. Changing it to my idea will make others ways of using it possible, just as it makes the way of using it like you do right now impossible. I haven’t found a good way of using it effectively in 1 build if outside of a dungeon myself yet. And the attunement switching isnt such a big problem IMO, the cooldowns arent that high and as long as you keep track on what you are doing there is no need to get into a situation where there is a CD you dont want.
This stuff will make it more complicated to use it but it does open up alot of possibilities too.
But What Frowny sais is exactly my point: all the weapons have some useful skills but the ice bow is the strongest one so thats basicly the one to use IF you use one (for instance in a dungeon). For the other weapons: they are just not worth it to suck up one slot, but every one of them has some useful things. I think making it 1 spell would make it possible to quickly use it in a situation where it can be useful: its still taking that one slot but now you basicly have all of them with you making the spell more versatile. What I do now is take the ice bow for some dungeons cause it can be useful for that, but I never take the other ones cause you wont use them so often —→> if you have them with you they can come in handy in some situations mking it more viable/fun. (i think)

Hey ho everyone!
Lets just get going with it: The conjured weapons are awesome! They are fun to use and can be really effective if used wisely. Im sure most people would agree on that. Problem I do have is this: there are 4 of them, and 2 of them (and 1 in particular) are by far the best and it takes a slot per weapon to use them. I think all of them can be good but its just not worth it to sacrifice a slot for every one of them, so here is my idea: Merge the 4 minor ones into 1 spell and let it depend on your attunement what weapon will spawn! That would make it a lot more fun and maybe more viable too to use them I think. I just hope to get a discussion going here since im probably a bit biassed too and I dont see any down sides of this. Not sure if this discussion is out there already (couldnt find it) but yeah, lets talk!?
Cheers
