i tried everything suggested and even opened a support ticket. 2 days later i have had no help. the confusing thing is that i was able to purchase gems the first 24 hours after i purchased the game on 3/25/13 but after yesterdays patches i was unable to.
i really enjoy this game and everyone has been so kind but i am beginning to feel frustrated and ignored. is there a way to purchase gems from the website rather than in game? so far no work-arounds have been successful for me.
thanks for the time and thoughtfulness. i hate to say good-bye to a game i like because of a technical bug. so i would value any solutions. (i even purchased a new account to see if that would work and it did not)
same problem here. multiple tickets open. my bank was even willing to have a 3 way conversation with NCSOFT but they have no phone support.
it is not a problem on my end. cards are fine. other sites work fine. just guild wars 2.
let me give you my money people! i want to support the game and i like my fluff! B-)
