I’ve had support ticket [120828-006659] open since 28 Aug with no actual replies to it aside from a few blanket ones related to several issues not related to our guild. All the information needed is there. We’ve since rebuilt everything (sort of) and are still looking to get back our influence and possibly an upgrade or something if we could to make up for all the wasted time.
