Hi, I have a problem with my game account, I have set with my previous Android phone (that I have lost), in security settings the option to use the Google Authenticator for sign in if I connect from an “untrust” network.
How can I set again this option? If I go to security tab it ask me to unlink the previous authenticator with two codes (that I can’t have).

Please let me know.

Today I can’t start the Southsun Survival map, everytime i try to start from the two npc in Lion’s Arch, PvP maps will be loaded.

I had the same problem, please fix this problem for other players, it is really frustating

Fix what for you? You just said you have your PvE equipment.

Either make it into a WvW set, or salvage it. Fixed.

I think you have shutted down your brain isn’t it? :-)
I don’t play WvW because i think it is boring… is only a zerging style combat (and I don’t like it).
Salvage what? I have already two sets for PvE and this was my third set for MF only. We can’t lose all our work for ascendent jewels (bought with laurels).

Please make these items account bound without soulbound because no one needs to lose all their work.

I have seen the same problem, on boon duration skills.
For example, warrior with warhorn.
If you have a build with 20 points on Tactics with IX trait, the skill number 4 said:
Charge 12 seconds recharge
Swiftness duration 12 seconds

So I expect that i can run always with swiftness on, but I see that there is one second countdown from the first time i have used the skill and the second one.

This is only an example, but i have seen that all boon durations aren’t the ones displayed on the tooltips.

This problem hasn’t fixed with the latest patch, can you check this asap?

This morning I have done the Windy cave JP but Puzzle Jumper monthly achivement hasn’t counted as a JP.

I hope that sentinel armor is in the list of the available choises because is a craftable set.

Can any dev answer to which stat combination are available to choose?
And for MF runes how they will be removed/changed/refunded?

Hello,
I explain a problem I had for a looong time and I found what it does and it is particularly annoying inside dungeon runs.
When a player is in combat state and swap his weapon to the secondary set, there is a cooldown (8 or 9 seconds normally).
If in this cooldown starts a cinematic, when the cooldown is over the player can’t swap weapon to the primary set with the key for swapping weapon (normally is the backslash).
For fix this problem a player must open his hero panel and click on the swap button otherwise he can’t swap weapon anymore :-s

Hello everyone, since the last living story update when i play in CoF p1 I don’t see fire rolling stones anymore.
I have asked on my server (Gunnar’s Hold) if someone else has this issue and I found that I’m not the only one.

Same problem at Sparkfly Fen map

During the exploration of Bloodtide Coast I can see a lot of empty messages in chat.
See picture attached.

The Master Skill “Burning Arrows” has a wrong tooltip.
In the tooltip is written that “Longbow damage is increased by 10% against burning foes.” but there is another functionality about this Master Skill that is that Longbow skills have 20% faster recharge.

I had the same problem, but I have logged out (from Gunnar’s Hold server) and guested to another one and works fine.
After few minutes I have logged out and logged in Gunnar’s Hold server and it seems to work fine.

Update: It seems that istances don’t work at all on Gunnar’s Hold neither Dzagonur server

some days ago I have bought a Fractal Uncommon Equipment Box, my thought was that I want to separate common and uncommon equipment that enemies drop.
Unfortunately today I have found that this box doesn’t work at all, some enemy today has dropped some uncommon item, but when I have picked up it was gone on the primary slot equipment box.

My box/bags are in this way:
Starter Backpack
18 Slot Equipment Box (the item was gone in this box)
18 Slot Equipment Box
20 Slot Fractal Uncommon Equipment Box
18 Slot Craftsman’s Bag
18 Slot Safe Box
18 Slot Oiled Leather Pack

Is anything wrong in this configuration to split common from uncommon equipment?

I prefer to go to cart map and then exit than die
I hope this bug will be fixed anyway.

sometimes I’m doing runs on SAB, but after I defeat the king toad and exit to Rata Sum, the camera is bugged.
My PC is very small and I can’t zoom in or zoom out, for fixing this problem I have to log out from the game and log in again (if I try to change PC, it doesn’t solve).

Can you fix this annoying problem?

On NPC reward for CM token, there isn’t any Major Rune of Noble but two Minor Rune of Noble

Hello, I have found two things that on PvP game aren’t clear.

First: PvP Sigil of Minor Accuracy is equal to PvE Superior Sigil of Perception (I think there is a mistake on the name of PvP Sigil)

Second: On PvP Locker there isn’t any slot for PvP Valkyrie’s Jewel

Hi, I have to report a graphical problem about the vista and the chaar command core when you use “Low” setting about Environment under Graphical Option.

As you can see there are some problem about this setting

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I’m using an Intel HD4000 (i hope that the new graphical card generation will be released soon :-))

As you can see in image I have attached, there is a little mistake in Lion’s Arch map, near the fractal dungeon.

It’s not a bug. They made npc bought items non-salvageable to prevent people from just buying from NPC and salvaging into mats then selling. Sucks I know :\ Try to avoid NPC armor..You can usually get Masterwork items off the Trading post for cheaper anyway.(1-2s a piece)

Ok, but it should be possible to implement that when you salvage these particular items, you’ll destroy the armor (without having mats) and retrieve the runes on them?
I have lost more or less 1 gold of rune because I haven’t known about this restriction (if not possible to salvage, write on item description that isn’t salvageble)

I have bought an armor from the armorsmith npc, after that I have applied a rune.
Now that I have done 5 lvl up I have changed my armor with the relative level armor, but I can’t salvage my previous armor with the rune I have applied.

Can you fix this?

You may have not bought the recipe from the master jeweller (double check all recipes) or perhaps you have not discovered it yet? If it is available on another character then this is the most likely reason.

Master level doesn’t need any recipe… only rare and exotic needs recipes.

I have some problem to create a Brilliant Coral Jewel (Master lvl80).
In my list there isn’t the option to create this type object, instead other levels (Exotic for example) is in list.

Hi, I have found something strange when you buy a Recipe from a Master (I mean for example Master Jeweler), the recipe tells that is an Account Bound, but when I use it and switch to another PG, I have to buy it again for unlocking the item.

Isn’t it an Account Bound? For me now works like a Soul Bound.
