I was wondering if anyone else is having a problem with creating a support account or submitting a ticket. I am experiencing the plague come to be known as “Error code 7:11:3:189:101”. I would love to submit a ticket and provide details on my problem as they ask, but I cannot. For some reason, despite any internet connection I have used, all the screen does is have a loading sign and “submitting…” This goes for both submitting a ticket using “Ask a question” or making a support account. Any ideas?

Happens all the time.
At the beginning of the game it was doing it non-stop, I couldn’t ever get on. Then for like 2-21/2 weeks it was fine. I really do think that after the 10.11.2012 patch was when it started acting up again. My roommate plays anytime he wants as well, right next to me.
