My account was temp suspended for 3 days for having the name whitepower bill and i can’t file anymore tickets because i can;t get signed into my support part of this website i’ve tried reclaiming that password but the links in the emails sent don’t help and i’ve been waiting one day of the like 4 i’ve had it lol thank you for trying to help but the point of this thread was simply to make the point the customer service is awful compared to most of the games out there

I’ve submitted a ticket already i’m trying to get logged back into my support account it’s telling me the passwords wrong and the links in the email you guys send me doesn’t even work lol this is crazy people i paid 60 bucks for your game for you to kick me off of it in the first week for something that you should have prevented in the first place i don’t even want help anymore but really not cool to treat paying customers like that

Hey my characters name was whitepower bill a reference to a tv show Arrested Development didn’t know it was an illegal name because it wasn’t blocked and i’ve only had the game for a couple days so if anyone could look it over i’ll gladly change my name or take whatever actions required by me just to get un suspended because i just bought the game was an honest mistake
