Turns out only the Halloween dailies you complete for the first time count towards the meta. Just got it after doing the costume brawl for the first time.

I’m stuck at 11 out of 12 with 8 meta achieves and 10+ from dailies. I’m not sure if the dailies need to be unique though, they haven’t been in the past have they?

I started noticing this yesterday, but confirmed it today. My Blood and Madness Meta is stuck at 11 even after finishing 8 of the meta achievements & at least 10 of the festival dailies. No more progress is being rewarded after completing fresh daily achievements or any of my remaining metas.

My party and I spent some time doing this dungeon, and ended up wiping once in the Oakheart room while trying to destroy the generators. Upon wiping we respawned at the nearest waypoint. Upon re-entering the room, all the generators were back, but were not spawning the necessary holograms needed to destroy them. We waypointed out of the room again and all died by jumping, which reset the room, but still, no spawning of holograms.

We decided to melee one of the generators down, which took about 10 minutes of constant attacking, and with 8 needing to go down, finishing the rest this way seemed ridiculous. I am not sure what may have causes this bug but I figured I would at least bring some attention to it.
