Thanks! Installing the installer, then running the original .exe worked! Saved me 10 hours
So I Formatted my computer to install Windows 8.1. I moved all my game files over to an external drive hoping I wouldnt have to download them again. Yet the installer doesnt seem to seem to see them and is downloading them anyway. Anyone know a way to avoid a whole game download?
