We should have the option to changes the flame color on the exotic armor from CoF. I think it would relatively easy to implement. The reason this should happen is that for anyone who gets the CoF gear they have to tailor their dyes to matches the flames i mostly see people go black, white or red. I almost never see blue, never seen purple etc…. if we could change the flames as one of are color options since there is 3 per piece just make one of the tiles include the flames along with whatever else the tiles changes. This will lead to much more satisfying aesthetics!

Hopefully, and I really hope it fixes everyones transfer problems but it’s still mind boggling for people like me who get a random error of code for a processes we never activated. Which is scary if u think about it. But I do give support the credit of fairly quick responses even though they weren’t helpful and half of them didn’t read my description and just said wait for the transfer to finish even after I specifically stated I didn’t initiate a transfer.

P.S. sorry for all the pessimistic posts here I just can’t help but be annoyed with the fact I haven’t even played the game and for 2 days straight I’m stuck emailing support and nothing is getting resolved.

I have put in about 5 support tickets and have almost all gotten responses but none of them have helped they all say to just wait for the process to be over. I even had my login reset but to no avail. I think the support isn’t entirely sure whats going on some sorta major bug if u ask me.

We Seriously need a phone support team here.

For anyone interested…I was thinking to get better service we could have say….a one time 10$ fee for unlimited phone support. I’d be willing to settle with that.

As many have said on this forum and many others going through the email support system is very frustrating, time consuming, and usually takes several responses to achieve any sort of solution. I myself have tried about 4 support tickets all giving me automated messages that has nothing to with my problem or my titled grievance. I have updated my messages and have gotten prompt responses where they didn’t even read my few sentences describing my problem. Has anyone else had problems such as mine and are getting so frustrated to point of considering a refund? (I haven’t even been able to create a character yet….).
Don’t misunderstand this message. I don’t want ppl to start screaming for refunds I just want to simply play the game without ridiculous issues that cripple me from enjoying the game. I know we don’t have to pay subscription fees which is awesome but this also means the servers and support teams will not nearly have enough funds to keep up with demand. But all that aside WE NEED A PHONE SUPPORT SYSTEM where we can actually talk to techs and assistants because some of these problems such as mine are ridiculous and need to have someone talk through to us and the way they have this set up i can’t even reply to the messages even when they ask me to reply i get a email about 5 minutes later saying this email is unauthorized and hasn’t been sent. We need a phone system WE MUST DEMAND IT. Plz leave your thoughts and insightful ideas I would like this to be a mature progressive discussion on how may solve this problem.

Ya having the same problem here, only one major difference. I haven’t even chosen a home world yet or made a character. I apparently logged in for the first time last around the server outrage and i still have error 1032. The support team takes forever does anyone have any advice? I really want to play this game but this is ridiculous.
