Some build advice please

I really appreciate the responses I’ve gotten guys. I have fiddled with my build and incorporated what has been offered and I do see improvement. The only question I have left is this: say I am dead set on taking death magic and reaper lines for traits, how big of a difference does taking blood magic have to taking soul reaping for the third? I realize that the outright personal damage easily goes to soul reaping, but I am wondering if the utility of blood magic, especially offering the entire party life siphon, in any way balances that out? I find myself drawn to that trait line but I don’t want to seriously kitten myself doing so. Once again thanks in advance for your time.

I appreciate the response, and not to demean it in any way, but I was hoping for more than just one to see multiple ideas and get a bit of a consensus. This community has, for me anyway, always been extremely helpful. If anyone else has any advice they could offer, I again would ask you to take a minute and toss it my way.

I’ll preface this by saying I am just a casual player, and I realize that I know very little about what I’m talking about (hense why I’m asking for advice lol).

I recently got reaper and have been toying around with builds and such. I began poking around forums and guides to try and help me get a little better at what I am aiming for, but I figured this may be a way to get a more direct answer on places that I may be going horribly wrong.

My current build at the moment is a minion based build with blood fiend, you are all weaklings, rise, well of suffering, and golem. I have death magic, blood magic, and reaper for traits. I currently have full knights gear with scrapper runes, force and accuracy sigils on my greatsword.

My aim was to have a pve build (dungeons and general mucking about) that is nice and survivable, pumps out good damage, utilizes minions, and helps the group via blood magic. I accept after looking through everything that knights gear is probably not the best, but I really do not want to go berzerkers as I find that it leaves me too squishy for my taste. Please, could you guys offer me pointers on things to change or consider, being detailed as to you

Need some advice

While I know it is not optimal, I run flamethrower/elixer gun on my engineer. I primarily do dungeons and world pve. I recently got back into the game and saw all the changes they’ve made since June and I have been left with a bit of a dilemma. My question is this, for the build I have and the things I do with this build, would rampager or berserker armor be better for me? I plan to likely use Strength runes since it will benefit juggernaut. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
