This evening i log in, and surprise, wrong password. Some one has find my psw and enter my account, delete one character, and obviously, sent ALL golld (about 17) ALL items (some valuable items), destroyed all of my items (not equipment), so now i just have 1 pg lvl 80, with equipment, but nothing else.

This is the ip of that son…. China maybe (CN?)

So can i have back my items, and is there a method to have better security on account? (I haven’t smartphone, so no mobile app)

Ok thank you, now i’m talking with online support within test made with gameadvisor… So i will wait a few days, then try with a new video card.

So you think that problem is due to video card?

I have a windows xp professional with service pack2
processor is ok
ram is ok
video card is radeon 9550. Not the top but they tell me that it’s ok
25GB available on HD (More thatn 100 GB)

Hi all! Today i bought GW2, and i’m trying to intall game, but i can’t:

When i run ‘’Gw2.setup.exe’‘, it starts to download, but when it finishes, nothing came to screen, and i can’t procede with game installation, it simply ends.

I try all of things in wrote in the guide like:
- turn off all firewalls and all antivirus protections
- Run file as administrator
- run file downloaded by official website

I am registered to the website and i create my account with secret code, i have all of system requirements to play game, my dvd reader is ok, cd is perfect.

Someone can help me?
