So i got hacked last night by the below IP adress. I sent a ticket for support on the matter and they just sent me an automated response saying change your password or use the app authenticator.. They stole all my hard earned gear.. its pretty pointless playing again if this kind of thing is gonna happen.
I just have no idea how they would have hacked it as iv never reviled any info too anyone.. what can i do??

My account was hacked i lost everything.. i want to play guildwars 2 normaly without having to use the phone app every time i log on, and so i should be able too.. iv lost everything iv worked for and see no reason to keep playing the game.
