WvW Commander Abilities:
– can disable trolls’ ability to make/use siege/golems
– can ban confirmed spies from their server’s WvW environment
– can organize all server by having a chat that is visible on all maps

Pre-requisite for Commandership:
– voted by no less than 100 non-free account at the beginning of month
– server can have up to 10 Coms.
– authority will end at end of month, and cycle of voting begins again

benefits:
– no more waiting for Anet response for players
– no more additional work for Anet with regards to trolls so they could focus on actual game

So i’m trying the 64-bit client on windows 10. It downloaded ok and plays great. The weird thing is after I’ve shut it down and went to play again, it doesn’t show in my sidebar or desktop, not even in my application-installation-uninstall screen.
So i’ve looked for it all over and found the original 64-bit client download and also a gw2.dat(24.5 GB size) file.
Are these two files the only ones needed to play gw2?
I’m asking because should i want to move it to another folder i don’t want to break it and have to download all over again.
Also, for clean un-install, just deleting these two files is all i need to do right? Because it’s not showing up in “installed programs” in the control panel.

When a necro activate reaper shroud, is the weapon considered a conjured weapon? I mean should this benefit from superior engineer rune 6?

Yes, I agree with all of what Boysenberry says. That should have been included in the HoT adverts.
The only thing I like about it is the new elite specializations, which actually for me is worth the 50$ spent.

Does their damage reduction stack? if so is it 20% or just 15%(diminishing return)?

is reaper attack dependent on whether i was wielding a 2 handed wep before turning to reaper? like the original shroud?

anet please make a buyable upgrade that could change race of character.
i just realized my necro would look cooler as a norn or a charr, not a human

whenever I look at the server window, Anvil always has “very high” pop, while Ebay always has “high” pop..
if that is not a typo then maybe AR should try to form new guilds and encourage their own people that wvw is fun,.. if they have that much people then they could be a contender if people actually start to play wvw.

anyways, i don’t know how accurate that pop indicator is..
it’s just that while i guested in EB, there seem to be much more active people than in AR, weird

same for me too.. no world boss lag until the latest patch went in.. now the boss fights goes to 1 fps everytime it gets busy..
also the inventory description and item movements now has a small lag as well, hope it doesn’t get bad enough for everyone to notice.

Today when we were fighting in wvw, some enemy rangers went extremely close to the door for no reason(it was closed, they hadn’t broken in yet), suddenly there’s two pets inside our Keep and attacking the cannons and sieges on top of the walls.
I think they activated their pets very near the door to accomplish this

how do i report cheaters at wvw, all i can see is their guild not their name.

when somebody comes on screen, also echo their name in the chat box. this way fast moving, teleporting, blinking, speedhacking bots can be reported. as of right now there’s NO way to report them in game. please fix this, thanks. and i see them every day
