Guild Wars 2

Hello All,

I played GW2 at launch for about a month and then had to take a break for a while but coming back now.

I was wondering if there is an unofficial UK server now, and which server (and Guild) is best for a UK couple like my girlfriend and I.
We have children so can’t always play as often as we like so we are looking for a good mature guild of casual players.

Some issues seem fixed but I am still experiencing some issues.

Unable to promote player’s or kick players.
Write messages of the day. Not far enough to spend Influence yet so not sure if this works or not.
Seem to also be able to change permissions for different ranks.

I’ve just created a guild. By default I got the Leader rank, but I didn’t get any of the permissions that come with it. I can’t kick members, promote, or change the message of the day. When I try and promote a member, no option is given to me when I right click. Under the Leader rank the only box ticked is Edit Rank. I can’t create new ranks either

I imagine this will come in time but I agree, server specific forums seem like the logical next step, especially useful for recruitment as well as server wide events.

Why don’t you consider us! Quorum of Elders is a guild my partner and I started to meet and play with people like us. She is 23 and and just hit level 20 with her human ranger.
We have only just started the guild and want to grow slowly overtime, we don’t use Vent or any voice comms at the moment but maybe we will in the future.
We just want to let the guild grow naturally and see where it takes us.
