If everyone leaves the guild it should auto-delete. Test if for yourself by creating/leaving/recreating another guild if you wish.

So, new patch just came out. Not a single mention of any guild related problems in the notes. Great!
Meanwhile my guild has been completely bugged for 3 weeks now. Leader has no permissions… yes, THAT bug.

So our guild has been bugged since creation. As leader I have no permissions to do anything, like so many others here. My other post on this is now somewhere 10 pages back and there hasnt been an official reply since. Meanwhile were sitting on 5k of useless influence points and I just recieved an email telling me to “discover the social side of GW2: join a guild”.

Created the guild a few days ago and have zero permissions to do anything. Same as a lot of other posters here. Cant research, set message of the day, change ranks or even promote members.
Its a bit frustrating. Made the guild with a few RL friends and we basically just get a permanent group chat out of it. Fix would be nice ty.
