Hey Henrik……yeah same issue for me in Aus also.
Can sometimes get into game most times not….when I do get in about 1 minute it boots me again.
Hope it gets fixed.
So I was wondering if I was the only one having this issue but I see I’m not.
I have been waiting 4 days already and have been informed after I contacted support again that a further 24 hour wait is necessary.
I don’t mind the wait, but have to say when it’s advertised that the wait can take up too 72 hours and then it takes longer I have found myself wondering what they are doing.
I recently purchased a gem bundle separately and the gems were delivered within 1 minute of the purchase.
So what is different about my HoT Ultimate purchase that this needs such a long time to finalize.
Any way hope it gets sorted soon. I have my eye on a few things I would like in the gem store

You do have to give them some semblance of a break. I get frustrated just as much as anyone when stuff goes wrong and I don’t get to play when I come home from a long day at work. But they are real people too. They’ve been patching stuff around the clock since the xpac launched. It will get fixed once they can.
I hope you guys are getting rotated out well enough. I understand perfectly how bad those “war room” situations are in IT. Take care of your health! We can wait (as much as we might complain. ;-)
