I have already gotten a response on my ticket, but it wasn’t very helpful. Just a few lines with the words “no can do!” Okay, not exactly those words but very close.
I have updated my ticket, but in the meanwhile I’m asking on the forums. Is there anyway you could bypass the “User-error=No support”? It’s a honest mistake, and I’m willing to fight for money.
Basicly no there isn’t. You can try and appeal the decission by support. This means you ask an arenanet official to look into the matter. First off all there is no garantee you will get an answer (although most appeals are being answered). The appeals are handled publicly here on the forum and many times by Gaile Gray. Looking through simular situations in the past the answer is always that the can’t recreate characters or make gold appear in game manually.
however if you want it to give it a go, please make sure to include your ticket number in the post so the arenanet official can look into it.
Ticket number is the same as “Reference #” right?

Bought 2800 Gems (A lot of money for me currently), for the gems I bought 2 BLK and the Medium Armor Krytan set for a total of 750 Gems. The remaining 2050 gems I converted to gold, which was almost exactly 45 gold (A bit more). I was planning on rerolling from my Elementalist to a Thief, so I sent all items and gold over to this character.
I played him quite a bit in tPvP but I quickly found out this is not a character I want to main in the future.
I took the portal to LA and deposited all my items in the bank, problem is, I forgot to deposit the 45 gold.. I just deleted a character with all my gold, and was wondering it there’s any way I could get this back.
Basically, I bought something that is now unavailable for me. This is a user-error, but I’m still looking for a refund due to me being very low on money right now, and it didn’t get any better by buying something that I later deleted by mistake.
The refund is nothing I really need, and if I do get a refund I will re-buy the gems . I just want to be able to use the item(s) I purchase with my own money.
I’m able to provide with all information that you might need, from ID confirmation to CC details.

I can only think about the d/d bunker build, but is there any build that’s still viable?
