Everything is okay today. No idea what was wrong.

I’m experiencing severe FPS drops, like 11-15 frames per second even on low settings. Everything was fine before the weekend, I don’t know when everything changed since I haven’t played during the weekend.

Here are my laptop specifications:
Intel Core i7-2630QM @ 2Ghz
8 GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics 3000
AMD Radeon HD 6700M Series

Hello all I tried PvP and have a question. Everybody in PvP and WvWvW have lvl 80 stats and all skills, but do equipment stats matter there? Is there a difference between a character with Fine (blue) equipment with low stats and a character with Legendary (purple) equipment with high stats? One player said that equipment there is just purely cosmetic and all stats can be chosen in PvP build. Is it true? As I said, I just tried PvP and now I’m confused.
