Unfortunately, the dynamic event to unlock the Arah Dungeon has bugged on the Gates of Madness server. As a result Arah is locked out, preventing players from access to Arah as well as preventing access to the Karma vendors. The dungeon was working fine up until the October 11 update. This issue is detrimental to our server and needs to be addressed.

For about 4-5 days now Arah’s dynamic event has been bugged. As a result Arah is locked out and can’t be accessed. This is hindering game play on our server, Gates of Madness, and needs to be addressed.

My account has been locked due to hacking since Sept 1st. I made a ticket that same day and having been waiting patiently for a week (7 days).I have changed my e-mail and authenticated it according to the self-help services as well as changed my password. I have complete control of my account and can log onto the website, and the game (however the game is still locked.)

As the title states, my patience is running thin, if I don’t see a resolution to this issue soon, I will be issuing a chargeback on your services. My ticket: 120901-028754

I hope that I will not have to take such severe action to get this resolved, thank you.

I have seen a lot of frustration from everyone that is locked out of their account for various reasons, I know the feeling, I’ve been locked out since Sept. 1st. So, I figured I would start a thread so people can post what they have been doing to get their gaming fix while they wait. Hopefully, this will give some ideas to people and help make the delay less stressful.

My contribution: Trine 1 & 2.
For those that use steam, the Trine collection is on sell for a pretty good price. Since its a Indie game it won’t take to long to play through either, perfect for this kind of mess we are in. (Cough* 120901-028754).
