Guild Wars 2

Hello all, i played GW2 on and off since release but allways only played sPvP.
With the horrible state sPvP is at and nothing else to play i would like to go check out WvW.
Is the population still healthy enough to find enough action?
I am on Desolation and have no clue if this is a good server for WvW or not.
Also, where do i go to find a guild for WvW?
I dont really like zerging and prefer small scale/medium scale roaming/zerg busting.

If you die to a DH as necro its prolly a l2p issue.
Most whine about DH is a l2p issue.
Traps are the most easy kitten to avoid.

I got this to and I’m from Europe.
When in spvp my ping jumps to 600+ sometimes and makes me crash.
It definatly has to do with this Latency experiments going on.
Nothhing wrong with my internet

I’m getting insane ping spikes aswell in pvp matches.
I only have this in gw2 and there is nothing wrong with my internet.
My ping would jump from my normal 30-40ping to like 600+ ping and makes me dc out of the match or unable to use anny ability or type in chat.
I’m from Belgium my self wich is in Europe so not Australia or whatever.
It definatly has to do with gw2 it self.

I’m having heavy ping spikes in spvp aswell resulting in disconnecting from the game.
Allot of times I just cant use skills or swap weapons…
This is really frustrating.

So i want to restart with gw2 but i have this extremely annoying problem of when i turn the camera while moving, my character turning annimation delays/stutters.
I only have this problem in gw2.
My CPU usage when gw2 is running go’s up to 90% but overal my fps ingame is pretty high when in city/mist.
My pc setup:
i5 3570
GTX770
16gb ram
Windows 10
All my drivers are updated.

Edit: Just saw a topic on mmo champion while googling this problem someone descripe the problem pretty accurate. I citate " Moving with the mouse, turning slowly, but not 180 degrees.(Turning to face the opposite direction.) (holding in both buttons, or holding W and using the right mouse button to move) my character jitters as I turn, like the camera is loose. Moving my mouse so that my character changes from turning right to left or left to right, he jitters as if he is being battered by air resistance. "

Nobody can tell me why this is and how to fix it or if its normal?

Kinda like Starcraft 2 like other people mentioned aswell
Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum

How long should a season last?
2-3 months

What would motivate you to play in one?
Getting as high ranking in a season as possible with the includet title if i would achieve a certain high ranking

What types of rewards would you like to see?
Titles wich represent the achieved ranking

How would a player earn these rewards?
By earning a certain ranking like top 50 or something

I main Guardian im rank 41+.
Played with some top ppl and have good experience and know what to do with my role.
My highest rank was top 115 but thats cuz i never really had a core team.
If i had proper core team i could have been top 100 ez mode

Im looking for a competitive team who manages to beat top 100 teams.
I played with several top players in the scene and know my class pretty good.
I am r39 (i know its not super high) purely from team q becouse i never do solo q just cuz i hate skyhammer and spirit watch.
I also took several long breaks during my gw2 career and thats why i never been in anny famous team to call it like that.
Ive had 2 teams off my own but im just tired of managing my own team.
On release i played with Bad Manner wich was kinda a top team at that time.

I can play 5 days a week from like 6pm gmt+2 till 1-3am gmt+2. In weekends its harder for me to be online whole weekend as i go out sometimes with rl friends

Our EU team is looking for a top notch engi to join us after 10pm gmt+2.
Our team is called Dont Bleed On Me [PLZ] but we will change the name soon cuz of some not very important reasons.
Annyway, we are all top 200-300 on leaderboards and started like 1 week ago.
So ye the team is kinda fresh but we have 90% winrate already if not more.

The engi we look really need to know there class and be allways close defender but should know when he can go back cap while not losing close and win most 1v1’s

I just came back to game and creating my own team again.
I had a pretty succesfull team right before i quit, wich is like 3-5 months ago.
We where all top 100-200.
Atm we still need a necro and warrior but prolly necro is filled already so only warrior.
I dont really care if you are top notch or not as it is hard enough already to make a good team or join an existing team and people get better the more they play together so ye.

Like title says, please make 2 splitted leaderboards for pure solo Q and full 5 man organized Q.
As atm if you join solo q it is purely based on luck if you win or not as 90% of solo q’s you join are lost wich kittens up your whole leaderboard ranking..

With 2 seperate leaderboards, one for solo Q and one for team Q it will be alot more fun and people wont need to worry annymore to lose rating.
