Legendary auras remaining always has been a bug.

How is it a bug?

Even if it is a “bug” It was a nice addition to something that is hard to achieve. It was the sole purpose of me wanting it so badly. What’s the point of taking away these exclusive effects? They’re no better than ascended weapons.. So aesthetics is probably the reason most people make them.

If Anet ever decides to release a version of weapons with higher stats than ascended weapons, the legendary weapons will automatically be boosted to the new stat bonuses. That’s one of the main reasons why people make legendaries, so that they don’t get stuck on a gear treadmill. You can also switch between the different stat bonuses freely without having to make multiple ascended weapons for different stats. Don’t get too bummed about the aesthetics.

Too bad that’s just concept art. GW1 concept art at that, so the in-game model is probably the best thing we have for a comparison.

I wouldn’t think so, Mursaat had been very hostile for a long time.

Mursaat were in between a rock and a hard place. It was either act, or lay down and die.

Aside from that, going to have to go with Mursaat as well. Though the headpiece lends some credence to the Seer, the dangly things give it away as seen in Mursaat concept art.

It really is do or die now seeing as he is the last of his kind and most likely doesn’t want to die at the hands of a dragon.

Think we’ll be allying with the last Mursaat against Mordremoth?
