Guild Wars 2

How do I join a guild? I never been in a guild on GW2 before. I can say I am in a Crystal Desert realm since I heard that one has the most LGBT.

But anyways I guess you can go to level 80 which is nice unlike WoW only at 20. But I guess in the long run it might be worth getting the full GW2. How much are they now? Since while back I think they were around $40 I don’t remember.

Oh ok but actually I am serious that Trolls are creatures that aren’t real. I talked to my bf and he said that’s what trolls are. I even seen them on WoW and they are just like weird animals. You guys might of made that word up and use it differently since the only meaning I know of Troll is the not real animal. I even talked to my moms bf and he said the same thing. They didn’t know where you get the troll on how you were saying it from since as far he knows theirs only the Troll for the creature. Haven’t you seen Trolls before even on GW2?

Ok wait Troll is a ugly creature it has nothing to do with what you guys are saying. The only meaning of Trolls are those creatures even in GW2. I seen pics of them and they are just weird looking creatures. lol

But I am confused since some of you guys say it has the base game so does it mean its the full game of the original GW2 without the expansion pack?

I remember few years ago when I got this game I had to pay for it but is it free now to get the full game? My BF wanted to know since if it was totally free he wanted to play it also. Just wanted to know if the free to play is just a starter edition like WoW has meaning has limits like can’t go higher than level 20 or use mailbox or even AH, etc.

Also another question is that how do I change my fur color or my armor colors? Or is that armor that you showed me is the ones I have to buy at Gem store? Or can you change the armor without going to Gem store? Are you able to customize your Charr even after you created one already? just wondering

Oh ok but what about this tonic thing that the other person was talking about? Is that only can be used in Halloween? Or is that item able to use forever? If I can use it forever how to I get it now? Or do I have to wait till Halloween?

How do I get this item? Do you have to buy it? Thanks

Is there anyway I can special order it maybe from GW2 website? Or do I have to contact GW2 support team and maybe they can let me get it now? If you guys don’t know if this is possible I might have to contact them and see if they can do something.

I found the one he showed me its the Lunatic Guard Outfit. But am I able to get this now? If not when will I be able to get it?

If not I did talk to someone that said there is a outfit that looks close to the Risen Charr and I can buy it but they said it was a festival outfit so does that mean I cant buy it now and keep it forever? He said I can buy this using Gems.

Also what about that area where the old ship was that I did free the slaves? I can’t remember actually where it was again but I did do that quest and got the reward but am I able to become the Risen Charr again there?

So if I go mount maelstrom I can anytime turn myself to a Risen Charr? Also if so how long does it last and is it usable meaning you can actually fight and stuff? I think I been to that area but I don’t remember how I get to change to Risen Charr.

Or maybe buy something that will turn me into them for example an hour and then just have to double click the item in bag to keep using it. If they had this thought I do want to only buy it once and be able to keep using it.

LOL that’s funny. But all ways thought the Risen Charr was interesting since they are different on how they move and act etc. I actually remember I did become them once when I did try to free some slaves I think it was in a old broken ship. But when I died I went back to myself again. I thought their was a way to become it with maybe buying a outfit or something that will turn me into them from buying it the gem store.

Can you buy something that will make you become a Risen Charr like if I get gems or so? Or like if something only lasts a hour I can double click it in my bag and it will show up again? just wondering

Are you sure there is no way to move like them even? If I can’t look like them? Or only way it to have similar armor and color but no way to look and move like them?

I just recently turned 31 since my b-day is on Dec, 17. I started playing this GW2 around 27 I think I can’t exactly remember. I’ am a male Japanese American since I was born in Omaha, NE USA.

So there isn’t really a way to walk and move etc like them. I also liked how they looked when they are in ideal meaning not moving they kinda look sorta like crawling. I am a male Charr so I thought there was a way to look like a male Risen Charr.

How do I look exactly like the Risen Charr on GW2? I think they are cool looking and I’ am a Charr Guardian at level 80. I thought there is a way to look like them or maybe a outfit or something I can do to look like them.

What’s strange is that if I used my other notebook thats has 4gb and running windows 7 it went to the screen where it says install GW2. The toshiba one didn’t even get to that part. That’s why I thought it was because of the ram is only 2gb. I did even try to download it and it does download so I can only think its the toshiba notebook.
The toshiba notebook has 64bit windows 8.1 btw.

I really need help on this guys.

Has anyone every tried to see if GW2 will run on Windows 8.1 with only 2gb of ram? Does it work fine with the new updates? Last time I played few months ago it worked fine with only 2gb of ram on a different notebook but some reason on this new notebook it won’t run. Basically because of something about this notebook the setup won’t let me download the game. My other notebook that has 4GB of ram downloads fine. But what’s strange is that the HP notebook that only had 2GB worked back few months ago.

I need to download the GW2.dat file first before I can play since I just did a fresh instill on this game on this new notebook. But when I open the setup file it doesn’t download the game files to install on my notebook instead it shows right away the log in screen and I tried logging in but it won’t even do that so I can’t install the game at all.

Also the strange thing is that the older model of this Toshiba notebook that had a Intel N2820 processor worked fine on Guild Wars 2 so I don’t know why the newer N2830 won’t work. I wonder if the game is having problems? Will it be fixed soon?

I did yesterday but a new Toshiba Satellite notebook for $220 and I did update my drivers and Windows 8.1 but for somereason when I try running setup it won’t download the date files. It goes to the login screen but won’t download anything. I tried logging in by putting my e-mail and password but it keeps shows the busy sign and won’t login eather. I can login find on the Guild Wars 2 website though.

What is strange is that when I tried playing this game on a similar system it worked fine. The other notebook also had 2GB of ram but had a slower AMD A4-1200 processor with AMD Radeon HD 8180 video card.
