There should not be any linkings at all. It is a competetive gamemode and in the competetive gamemodes the developer HAS NO RIGHT to help some server\team\whatever in any way.
But yes we have klinks now, then why T1 server like Piken and FSP which has 3 queues at prime time get a link? Piken is considerded FULL but gets a link, while some servers withmuch lower population like SFR gets NO LINK. Where is the logic? How is SFR supposed to get up in ladder when the developer helps other servers to stay on top?

Such Anet’s attitude towards players is not accepatble. Players win nothing now, Anet wins MUs by making links. Have you ever saw in any other game so that developer decides who should be on top and who shouldn’t in a competetive gamemode?

Peole spend hunderds of hours fighting for their server, fighting for their ambitions to go up and up, but if Anet doesn’t want soem server to rise they will now allow that by giving links to the server with higher population. GJ

I will think 10 times again before buying any other game developed by such company as Anet. And most likely GW2 is the last game i bought anything from Anet.

P.s. I’m playing GW since the release of Guild Wars 1, so you lose a dedicated player with such attitude. Hope more people will ignore your games in future.

Don’t forget that you were fighting for 2nd place, there was not a slightest chance for you to be 1st. Double team happens here and there, but in this case it didn’t even matter, cuz who cares 2nd or 3rd place… and you still complain about it…

This is what you have been doing for the past 6 months to ALL other servers, abusing nightcapping and karmatraining wooden maps all day after that with much bigger numbers then any enemy had. It is just pathetic to hear such complains from a deso player. Why didn’t you complain here when you were otnumbering otherd for months? Everything was ok?

And if you don’t know the most successful PuG server was SFR when win mattered, when there were many players on every server and was actual competition, during seasons etc etc. When wins in Wvw mattered smth Deso couldn’t do anything, and now after 6 month of outnumbering others when the game is almost dead you consider yuorself the most successful server? It makes you even more pathetic, you deserve what you have now.

One more important thing: it has always been like this on deso: if there is strong resistence in the MU, half of deso population goes to PvE, ofc it will make you outnumbered.

you have no right to propose closing a server. there are such things as server pride a loyalty, people on Miller would just delete the game if their server would be closed.

The only server that can be closed is Deso, because they have no loyalty and pride there, only badwagonners and nightcappers, nothing to lose

the most funny thing, Anet link Desolation which is ranked 1 for months due to massive population advatage (especially at EU nights), and didn’t link some other servers struggling to get numbers in top tier. What’s the logic?

They will link BG again as they did with Desolation. Anet favours some servers by god knows what reason.

I am quite sure the server linking is based on actual measured active WvWvW players and not on certain players personal opinion. Desolation+Vabbi actually had very low numbers in past week, outnumbered “buff” on most maps, even outnumbered at night time and mornings. So I am more surprised that Gandara got paired.

Sure, and you lost only this week and only because enemies were tryharding and focusing you PPT wise (and even 2vs1 u had enough people to get almost the same score as the enemies). Always funny to hear from a Deso about low numbers (especially at night!)

Seriously?? You linked Desolation again??? This server should not be linked with anyone, does smb in Anet favours Deso and want deso never drop from 1-2 place? Otherwise I don’t understand the logic of linking Deso with Ruins of Surmia.
