Guild Wars 2

I’m having some issues like OP. Whenever I start playing gw2 it will run for 30 sec – 1 min. Then my laptop just turns off, completely shuts off. No reboot or anything. Idk what it could be. Any help with this is welcomed.

I’m also having the same issue. I changed it because it was my real name and it works fine on the forums, but in-game it will change from the new one to my name. I checked my friends list, log in, and guild panel. They all seem to switch back to my original one. I contacted support about this issue and have not really received an answer.
