For anyone who may end up having this issue, I found a way around it.
I charged a new charged crystal to make the text to asking to change the 25 go away and then the text to overcharge appeared.

Two collection items are bugged:
Illuminated Overcharged Quartz
Strangely Overcharged Quartz

When I bring a charged quartz crystal to one of these hero points, I don’t get the option to overcharge a crystal, so I can’t get the collection item.

After doing some looking around the forums and Reddit these 2 have been reported at least 10 months ago and still not fixed and its not on the “Known Issue Tracker” list so does that mean its never getting fixed and I am stuck never getting Zap?

The idea is to use the boon bonuses from the Cantrips to give me DPS from the Water Grand Master passive perk and use Soldiers gear to keep me alive

Any comments/ideas to better are welcome

OK sure fire test is enter some fake info for email and password, if it goes through its fake, which is what this one did with me
