My new 0/10/10/20/30 build is almost all celestial. I have two knight rings. See:

The theory behind this build is to build up prec, crit damage, tough, vit etc.., then use food/utility consumables that work off the high tough/vit to make up the power deficit. This build also has easy self might stacking (hitting 20 is easy) and the 100% fury uptime, which leads to good dps and a good survivalist.

Looking over the options I wondering if it will be possible to setup “true dueling” arenas? If not, how does ANET see dueling working with the available options ?

By “True Dueling” I mean where the winner stays to fight again, the loser returns to a waiting queue and the winners next opponent is a previous spectator who is up next in waiting in rotation (queue). Ideally it would be possible to configure for TEAM or FFA style dueling rotations. In addition each “round” should have a configurable timer and if it is reached both combatants would return to the waiting queue. Optimally a sudden death timer (e.g. gradually decreasing vitality or stacking might buff) could be added for those fights where neither fighter can overwhelm the other (i.e. two bunker Eles).

Much much better on my 27 inch 16:10 monitor. I also tested performance in multiple locations and saw no significant performance hit.

To anyone who did see a performance hit I suggest you avoid a busy location for testing. Also, its best to logout prior to each fps check, as fps tend to drop after you have been in game awhile.

Elementalist's passive speed buffs do not stack properly.

Last night a fellow Elementalist and I noticed that we were running the same speed. This was obviously wrong because while he only had [Zephyr’s Speed (10%) and One with Air (5% every 10 seconds for a maximum of 25%)] I in addition had [Wind Born Dagger (15%) and Signet of Air (10%).

In addition we noticed that One With Air did not seem to be increasing by +5% every 10 seconds for 5 ticks. Instead it seemed like it ticked only 3 times, although this was hard to confirm.

Finally we I also tried disabling One With Air but kept Wind Born Dagger and Signet of Air and yet this appeared to add ZERO speed increase. I suspect that either these two skills provide no speed increase at all or perhaps they are being bugged by Zephyr’s Speed? In any event…

ANET please fix this as it really is bad to provide traits that explain to do something when they in fact do not.
