didnt get anything either, now support send me 2 lion chests with crap inside….better than nothing but really? why lion chests where nothing usefull is inside (only with super luck though)

I was doing my Personal Story,
Quest around lv 48. You had to defend the Kral with the Oger against their former leader and his beast. (big scorpion) brandmarked monsters.

I couldnt accept the Quest reward while i was in the quest instance. I teleported just to see if it works then. (Normal case you can teleport and quest reward animation pops up again).
It did not even show up. So i am missing the reward completly, a weapon (longbow) i could need cause my old is kinda low, and complete exp. There is a Screenshot added on this ticket number 120914-005828.

i opened the ticket last thursday, then i got told ill be unbanned within 72h. did not happen.

monday i got another mail. i would be unbanned within next 48h. did not happen.

could anyone please help me? no information at all. i am unsure when i will be unbanned, i hope before tomorrow (weekend)

my ban is now for more than 1 week

from 30.august. still waiting without a respond for already 3 days. updated it yesterday but nothing changed yet. maybe someone in this forum can help me. please. i am missing this game but cannot log in for almost a week.
