yea dont hold ur breath dude they had time this morning to mark my 2nd ticket as a duplicate but not fix the fact the hacker change the email on my friends account on the first ticket… lol

one of my 2 tickets the newest of the 2 got set to duplicate so im assuming that ment u wanted me to close that one, so i went ahead and did that. hoping you will make it to the other today. thx 120907-003514 <== the one still open/updated.

i keep fearing that might happen to my buddy too gl with ur issue

my buddies one ticket was set to duplicate does that mean that ones closed and u will just be getting to the old one soon? he does update both each day just in hopes u will get to them and know he still needs some assistance.

i miss it!! the night i got 80 and was finally able to go farm and do everything i wanted with my friends i was hacked and the email changed ever since ive been on my buddys account on these forums so i can check and see what everyone else has goin on.

what freakin page of the account hacked section r u on cause im still on page 10 with nothing said…..

glad u got ur account back mate.

basically a list of emails have been gathered and posted on pastebin and other sites used by hackers, and they just have to use password generators to attempt to see which ones they can crack.. its not really hacking lol the security team was just not really prepaired for this…

most of us are working class and dont want to be sitting by our computers on our days off waiting and hoping to get our accounts back. yesterday around this time i finally had someone get back to me.. but ofc it was lance and nothing since….

i agree it sounds like they have a whole 3 people working on this situation seeing as we all paid about 60 they should be able to afford to pay more people to handle this.. soo if they cant seem to afford that even tho they talkso much trash on wow and how they r greedy and dont need to pay a 15 dollar a month sub. id rather pay that and have my account then deal with stupid people that dont seem to give 2 cents about us.

and now knowing that thy havnt even touched page 5 after this whole day has about passed im feeling like a chargeback is the way to go.

honestly if this isnt resolved soon im feeling like a chargeback is in there future for having this horrid support

annoying to pay 60 for this game and then find out the support team is unprepaired and i wasnt even able to use the email auth system when i bought my game now they get it working and the email on the account has been changed lol what a joke.

It wasn’t Lance was it? That’s who responded to my Husbands email and he has the same problem.

Maybe if we name the CSR’s improperly responding to these issues their supervisors will crack down on them and they’ll have to do the job right first time?

yea man they sent me to a account recovery page even tho i said it didnt work and i the hacked accounts email was changed.. and they said ‘’after a QUICK review of the ticket’’

Had to hop on my friends account cause mines hacked and email was changed and still havnt gotten help besides your team sending me to the account recovery page THAT HASNT WORKED! even tho i had already tried it. and had asked for them to change the email and password to a new secure one i listen in the ticket info please help me resolve this after 2 days of waiting…. 120907-003514 <== ticket id.
