I was wondering if i could buy a ascended magic find amulet now with the karma infusion and use all my karma stuff and then give the amulet to my soon to be 80 alt because it will be account bound after the update and I would be able to pick the stats?

1. Nope, there is no critical damage cap.
2. Max DPS runes go like this: Scholar > Ruby orbs > Divinity. I would prefer rubies or divinity since I find it difficult to maintain the hp requirement. Also if you’re going to use ruby orbs, do not get the embellished ones because those only go into the back/necklace/ring/accessory slots.
3. You need to buy a scholars or divinitys for each slot to activate all the effects so 6 in all.
I don’t see a reason not to go glass cannon as staff since you so much range/cc that you shouldn’t be hit.
Did you test it in combat?
I would like to not clog the screen with more effects than there already are because it will make it difficult to see mob/boss abilites, thanks.
You probably have “Fast-Cast Ground Targeting” on in the options menu so thats why you don’t see the arrow.
