Yeah lol not to mention keys have way to low of a drop rate atm so there are so many people with a billion chests and they dont get a key.
1) I recently was playing my class quest and I had completed it, well i chose my items and then it said that I was over encumbered so I went to my bags deleted 2 things so i had the room and clicked take all, well I ended up getting the bow but not the key.
2) I bought 5 keys from the Gem store and I got them in the mail. They went to my bags just fine, me being as unorganized as i am didnt make room for the chest once you double click the key, my key went away and i didnt get my unlocked chest (not even the over encumbered message) and I sure didn’t pay 10$ for a missing key.
So basically all I am asking is for my keys back and to fix the problem so other players dont get the same errors.
