Beyond skeptical at this point, nice effort though. Only way too see if anyone cares/listens/etc is if actions accompany it.
Until then, ded game. :-(
Diamond is/was hell. Got me so tilted.
People use voice comms all the time in competitive pvp, it’s a requirement. How hard would it be for Anet to implement that in just causal ques?
In The Division you can randomly que an instance and most of the players will be on comms that are built into the game-it helps immensely. Now that’s apples to oranges: that’s a MULTI-PLATFORM, next-gen game…but it can’t be that hard, can it?
It would be a QoL improvement that would have multiplicative factors to it, being that one improvement can help additional elements of the game. Randomly teamed players can communicate better; thus they have a more cohesive play, thus their experience is less toxic and more enjoyable, thus more teams form, thus the community grows, and etc.
As isaid in other thread, BnS is not GW2 killer. Anet killed GW2 themself. People are not leaving because of new shiney but because gw2 simply sucks atm and there is no hope due to Anet history.
This. I doubt we’ll see a game with such a beautiful combat mechanic as gw2, but BnS looks to be fun.
I rarely post but this thread necessitates attention. The Devs have correctly prioritizing minor changes in contrast to systematic overhauls.
This pattern leaves doubt for the breadth of the OP being addressed. The #4 proc on Durability runes need immediate change.

There’s an easy partial fix; All league players must queue solo. This would force people to stay closer to there true skill brackets. This would tend to concentrate upper echelon players a bit more.
There should definitely be a soloq, but make it optional. The current system doesn’t work.

This is obvious. Once you hit Diamond division ques seem to elongate excessively, Legend is unplayable(45min-2hr que times). I’m surprised this has not been hot-fixed considering the amount of attention it has received.

There aren’t good enough excuses for this not to be a thing.
That’s nice dear, let’s avoid that rabbit trail.
Gw2 needs a mechanic that allows a player to swap between predetermined builds. Though it is rarely addressed, it’s relatively easy to see how useful it could be.
Imagine if you could change your build as easily as an clicking on a costume. Imagine going from DD ele to SF burst Ele during the interval before match starts without the other side knowing.
Why has this not been done, a long time ago?

IGN Mykasa Ackrman, Pillbox, Mr. Fantastic.
I play two styles of warrior, shouts support and hambow. Engi is Backpack build, necro is standard Nos build.
Tons of experience, looking for something stable and competitive. No drama, toxic environment.
Usually on 8.30-9pm eastern to 1am. I’m sorta on a couple teams but nothing concrete as of yet.
Still looking.
New team looking for vets who can duo class. Looking for 2 eles and one warrior. 1 year tpvp pref.
Current roster:
Warrior Mykasa Ackrman
Engi XGhoul
I play war (hambow and evis), Toad condi engi. Msg either of us if you are experienced and interested.
Well, it won’t let me on my phone. Will have to try later.
I have. Guess I have all based covered.
Reposting in more accurate section. The recent server issues are known and have resulted in dishonorable status in spvp. Please ammend this?
Tried to play the game a couple times yesterday but repeated server-wide issues made it unplayable. I log back in a third time to find myself dishonorable.
I understand the system but clearly I am not at fault here, is there any way someone can fix this?
Experienced warrior looking for dedicated team, name Mykasa Ackrman.
Um..rank does have a meaning. I hate morons who act like someone who has played 2-4 THOUSAND games will generally be on the same lvl as someone wit 100-200 games under their belt. Generally large gaps in rank indicate a gap in skill simply due to practice.
But yes hotjoin is problematic, but its still fun and usually more lively than tourneys. The problem with tournaments was “premades” vs solo and they have adsresses that.
I mostly do hotjoins atm
This skew’s your view.
ya I hear people whine about hotjoin every game. Those are the ones who can’t hack it
^most classes are reduced to about 30-40% hp from initial burst, then alt wpn bursts can either finish or nearly finish. As far as I’m concerned endure pain and dogged march plus mobility give plenty survivability.
That’s great.
What’s your name?
This is acc name, warr is mykasa ackrman. I mostly do hotjoins atm, rank is only 40.

I’m assuming you’re in the process of uploading your vids of this next-level, overwhelmingly-dominant tpvp warrior play?
Hmm..have never done that and not particularly interested in divulging details. I’d find it hard to believe you haven’t run across some really good burst warriors.
What shocks me more is that people around here find this surprising. The burst war takes some practice, I was terrible early on, but is extremely effective and that’s the reason the devs aren’t rushing to “buff” it.
My entry into the warrior class began with an encounter with a classic GS warrior. The movements, damage and control of battle was fascinating to witness. So I decided to pick it up myself and after months of initial failure, tuning, and practice I have achieved a high level of effectiveness in all matches.
Despite all the updates and environmental developments, the classic burst warrior played correctly is overwhelmingly dominant. I use gs/hammer 0-30-30-0-10 build. I’ve noticed the bow builds are effective too. The amount of whining on these boards does not reflect the growing and developed warrior community.
