As for others:

Guilds cannot be interacted with inside a busy zone
Representing, starting upgrades, etc… sometimes don’t work in crowded area. Rezoning or getting into a personal story instance usually fixes this.

Guild list information does not update frequently.
At times the information displayed in the guild list does not refresh. You can’t see recent upgrades, you see an older location of your character, or if you switch characters you could even see the name of your actual character with the location of your previous one.

Guild loosing influence and upgrades after server switch.
We used to be in the same server then some members change server. Still in the guild but all influence and upgrades are reset. I’ve read some different opinion on that matter but I can’t find a place with an “official statement”. Is this the intended behavior (and will stay this way) or is this a bug (and will be fix soon)? Some input on this would be nice…

Guild stash can’t be accessed for a few days.
Everything worked fine until a few days ago, people can’t access the guild stash with the NPC saying they’re not in a guild. All other guild stuff working fine though. Not sure if it’s related but it may have occurred when some people starting moving to another server.
