How does one go about contacting customer support if your dissatisfied with an item from the black lion gem store?

I purchased an item from the black market gem store and as it had no preview I would like to get my purchase refunded so I might better choose an item that like. Is this even possible?

I hate to say it but the rewards for running a dungeon compared to the cost to teleport or repair armor is absolutely ridiculous for how hard these dungeons are. The fact that the bosses dont even drop rare loot or even silver to cover the cost of repairs is completely ridiculous.
