I think I bought it off the trading post but as an orichalcum earring, but yeah it definitely isn’t on the trade-post now. Just to confirm it has the stats:
53 Precision
53 Toughness
73 Condition Damage
and this would have been a year ago.

The earring is called Rabid earring of the hive and it was an orichalcum earring with the jewel for the rabid stat infront of it’s name e.g.

.____ Orichalcum Earring. with the: ____ = jem for rabbit.

For some reason i couldn’t find the original on the market place.

I have an Earring of the hive account bound to one of my characters and have spent a good deal of time trying figure out how to extract the queen bee from the accessory. So far I have tried Black Lion Salvage kit, an Upgrade extractor and the Infusion extraction device, but none of them will allow me to remove the upgrade. What do I do?!? The queen bee is worth 2.7k gold at the moment on the trading post, i’m not even interested in selling it I just want to transfer it to a different character but it is currently soulbound.

If anything I would like a refund for the upgrade extract I bought with real money since the description of it does say " will remove the upgrade from any item", in its description. Because of this I believe there must be a bug in the system, otherwise I change in description would be necessary.

For more information on the earring it is not ascended, it is an exotic. So normal salvaging would usually be able to break it down.
