I guess this build is dead with the specializations update.

There are already countless topics on them.

I think it’s just laziness / lack of design from developers.

She’s night bloom, so might be mesmer. Or guardian. Perhaps Ele.

I just facepalmed this whole story again. Both game mechanics and story realism failed. 1 hour LS done. See you 2 weeks later. ^^ GL grinding RNG stuff.

Stop with this kitten guys. She sacrificed herself to save Tyria. A true hero.
I don’t rest until I find Faolain and make her pay.

Thank you, Max. I’ll craft Assassin’s gear.

In Fractals and dungeons most of the damage comes from Reflection skills. I’m trying to gear up my mesmer according to this. Problem is I couldn’t find information anywhere about what stats should I look for.
Does Reflection benefit from Power, Precision and Crit? Is the damage capped regarding these attributes or is it a proportion of the source?

This topic is sick. And kittening hilarious at the same time.

This was in GW, no idea why not in GW2. Among the other million same features. I wonder how hard it is to copy an existing and well-functioning concept.

Another much needed feature that was in GW but in GW2. Around the millionth.

Still better than most of the dialogues Anet writers came up with.

Also notice the amount of lesbian couples compared to male gay couples. I can mention none of the later, cause probably there are none in the main story too. However, everyone knows Kas-Jory and Caithe-Faolain. I can also recall two sylvari girls from the ‘green knight’ personal story.

Well, in this exact case I made a minor mistake too, by relying on my deduction based on trusting recurrent experiences.
On the other hand, the main problem here is Anet’s inconsistency. In Guild Wars, the token reward vendors stayed for at least half of their duration after the event too, some remained permanently. Also, we had fewer tokens that could be used repeatedly next year or during other events. Here we have tons of different tokens and all of them are just temporary.
Regarding release dates and proper communication with player base. In Guild Wars (and almost all other games) we got exact times by hour and minute when the next content will be published, so we could expect and prepare for them. Here, we have no information, sometimes the patch is late by a day or a half, other times it’s early by hours.
I’m a programmer and sort of developer myself, and what I’ve learned about any development process in overall is that the most important thing is consistency. It applies to games, teaching, training, any aspect of life.
I’d strongly recommend to any dev who reads this post (probably none :] ) to consider this problem and apply the solution to their developing habit.

Further, the Devs stated on the seventh and the eleventh that the vendor would be removed at the end of the cycle.
Where do they announce these news? Because it didn’t get to me, but I would have been important.

I was expecting to turn in 250 Found Heirlooms today after my last Holo fight, as it rewarded me with the last 5 needed to my 245 rest. I couldn’t collect more from piles. It was all planned more or less well. New patches used to went online 1 or 1 and a half hour later in the past. So I assumed I had more than enough time.
But the patch happened during the Assault Knight fight so I couldn’t do anything but cry over the spilled milk.
I think it was a very inconsistent move from the developers. I’d like to ask you to please consider re-adding the reward vendor.
Thank you very much.

Focus pretty much does everything you’d expect from an illusionary shield.

They do have 5-10 player content though, dungeons, guild missions and fractals. You don’t get to know your Guild members during guild missions?
Man, nobody talked about dungeons. We have problems with the LS content. Stick to the topic.
I agree, the social aspects of Gw2, seem to be not as healthy as a classic mmo [..] My friends list stayed full in dark age of camelot, but there are less than five people on my contacts list in Gw2,
On the contrary, GW and GW2 communities are so far the best communities I’ve come across in the last 8+ years. I always find new online friends almost every week just by hanging out 1 or 2 hours in LA.

Best event ever.
Reminds me of naked carto runs and SCs from GW.
