Purchased one 300 gem Black Lion Salvage Kit from the gem store. The 300 gems was deducted from my 700 gem balance, however the kit was never delivered. It has been nearly 6 hours. I would prefer that my 300 gems be returned to my account balance. Thanks.
I also have the same issue. Bought 800 gems and then bought the 5 pack Experience Booster for 500 gems. The 500 gems were deducted from my account, but the booster was never delivered. I’ve tried clearing my mail box but that hasn’t work. I would really like my gems back or my booster delivered, or my $10 back.
