I agree on this, I do not think that Elementalists and Engineers should be able to swap weapon sets inside combat, but I do not see any reason for it not being possible outside combat. It just seems silly to me that I have to rearrange my inventory everytime I want to swap from Dual Daggers to Staff.

I fully understand why is should not ne available inside combat, but outside combat there is no valid reason for not having this option.

This would not be an advantage over other classes, it would just fix a very annoying problem.

Inspecting needs to be in a game like this, It was a fun part of WoW to watch a person with some cool outfit, and go inspect him/her and get a desire to achieve that item.
