The same thing has happened to me, I purchased one hair style makeover, and it never came in the mail, however they are both listed as completed. Then cause I did not care to much about the in game gold, I tried buying a second one thinking it would fix it ( stupid idea) and of course it did not work. Nothing works like the OP said, logging, mailbox, ect.
